Shipping details are: TNT & Australia Post

We ship using a registered post service whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders that are submitted with PO Boxes will be contacted for an alternate delivery address.

Delivery for orders placed by 10:00 A.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped via overnight express. Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Vivienna Lorikeet will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.

Ownership And Risk

Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.

E-boutique Gift Vouchers

E-boutique gift vouchers are valid from 1 year from the date of purchase on the Vivienna Lorikeet E-boutique. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in our stores or concession.

E-boutique Credit Notes

E-boutique credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date off issue. E-boutique credit notes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in our stores or concession.

Availability Of Product

All orders are subject to availability. We will do our very best to supply you with your ordered item.

Please note, on occasion items may not be available. In this instance, a confirmation email will be sent after the order is processed to offer you a replacement size or refund for the unavailable item.
