Delivery Delays: Please note, due to COVID-19, Australia Post, DHL and FedEx are experiencing delays with their standard and express post parcel delivery services. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping details are: DHL.
We ship using DHL world-wide whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders that are submitted with PO Boxes will be contacted for an alternate delivery address.

Shipping Time

Delivery for orders placed by 10:00 A.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped via overnight express. Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Vivienna Lorikeet will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery that is not covered by insurance. Orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.

Ownership And Risk
Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. During the transit, all items are insured with full purchase price.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid from 1 year from the date of purchase on the Vivienna Lorikeet Online Store. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Credit notes are not redeemable for cash.
